As a couple traveling, we had to pull the beds together to sleep close to each other as the rooms have 2 single beds put together. The rooms were well appointed and clean, but not soundproof, allowing corridor noises to disturb us. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful at all times, except for the room service personnel who weren't as friendly. The location, while close to beautiful Algarve beaches and the Portimao Circuit, lacked the quality of a Pestana hotel and showed signs of wear and tear. The dining experience was below expectations, resembling a basic supermarket selection, despite the cleanliness and good room amenities. The facilities were decent overall.
